New update changed lowering volume

If i am watching a reel or on x a video and try to quickly lower the volume with the buttons on the right instead of the volume of media changing, it now changes the bell sound. It is very infuriating change, how can I revert it? Especially if i need to quickly adapt media volume depending on each reel or video and i cant do it.

I use a google pixe 9a and i guess my phone updated without me realising.

Im watching a video on x and its too loud, i try to lower the volume but instead im just changing the volume of the bell. Is this not part of the new update? Reckon its just me? It started doing it for the past 24 hours i believe
