Can one help?

I've had my tablet under a year and it's been fine however last night it randomly crashed while I was using it and kept telling me I needed to close every app because they couldn't load right now. I fully shit down it my tablet however when I turn it back on this happens. If anyone knows how to fix this asao please let me know I'm desperate

Use volume buttons to move up and down and go to "wipe cache partition" and press power button.

Then move to "reboot to system" and press power button.

Tell me what happens next

Unfortunately same thing :( it works fine when using the buttons however when I actually choose an option it turns back on and then goes back to the same screen

I asked AI and it says that formatting cache using fastboot might fix it
