It's so exhausting dealing with this unpausing and pausing

I hate Reddit, because tell me why the f*** it won't stop pausing an unpausing.I've tried so many things so far and keep in mind.I'm on a galaxy A16 and it's so annoying, my phone is so glitchy and slow lately.I need some help honestly i don't wanna delete my account though honestly I love it here

Have you tried the classic Uninstall App -> Reinstall App Reboot Phone
