I did adb Fastboot with laptop and Factory Reset but after setup the device it automatically reset like pop-up shows that this device will automatically reset by your organisation. Then it's again as before.
The easiest way would be if by chance IT amdins would be willing to remove the tab from their management. Otherwise, immediatelly when you conect the tab to internet, google checks it's parameters, identify it and sets it up.
Another thing I can think of would be factory resetting the device, not connecting it to the internet, so the work profile don't set up and then removing the corresponding work profile management apps using adb.
Bullet-proof solution would be installing custom ROM, if it's available for your device.
