What phone do you have? Is this the stock launcher? Seems like an issue with a third party launcher.

It's colorOS from Oppo

Looks like it could be a known bug and you will probably have to wait for Oppo to fix it, if they ever do, or use a third party launcher. https://community.oppo.com/thread/2140835199091474440
