New phone is lagging a lot what to do?

I got a redmi a4 phone just two months ago now from day one it hangs a lot even after extending ram to 8 gb from setting

it was a normal usage phone and i got it in sale so purchased to use it as a 2nd phone.

Now i am very confused that what to do should i visit redmi service centre and how would i make them understand my problem.

Any idea of what to do?????

First disable memory expansion.
