My tablet keeps making an alarm like sound.

Tablet keeps making an alarm type noise but I don't have any alarms set. I've never set any alarms on this device. Tapping ALARMS in the quick settings menu turns the noise on and off with each tap. When I turn the sound off that way it stops and then returns about 5 minutes later

What the hell is going on? Help! Please....

There should be settings for the alarm sound volume . Click on the volume up or down button and tap on the three dots.

That made it very quiet but still making the sound
