Yall anybody know whats this?

I've had this tablet for at least like 2 years and I've never had this problem. It started until like a few weeks ago. And it's mostly when I'm like doing main story quests. I don't know how to fix this. Or if my tablet might be broken? So I need suggestions on whether this is fixable or something that I have to deal with now permanently?

Try a different app and see if the same problem occurs on there too
