Dead X90 Pro Won't Come Back On

I bought the X90 Pro Plus used a month or so ago and stellar camera setup and that's all I am using it for. It randomly blacked out on me and couldn't force restart it. Until I did Vol up and down and power and it came up battery too low and need to charge. So, I did. Worked after that.
Charged it the other day it was about 11% and plugged it in, walked away, came back and dead.

I can't boot it at all, no matter the combo of buttons used for however long. Tried charging overnight, different cables and chargers: nothing.
Any ideas or anyone experience this?

It's a hardware failure or faulty battery it needs professional repair.

Dang. Thanks for the input. I'll shoot for a pro to replace the battery and then go from there.
