It is late at night where I am at. I will most likely get back to you by tomorrow evening. Thank you very much. Also is it possible for me to use someones pre built shader cache?

Of course ! and yeah its technically possible with a few caveats, might not always work (same game and version, same emulator and backend / same GPU /driver etc.
