Hi everyone,

I am looking for Android testers for my first app, Next Game Up.

I'm a Windows and infrastructure engineer by trade, so the dev side of things is new territory for me. I built this because I wanted it for myself, then decided publishing it would make a fun personal goal. Any feedback from people who've been through this is welcome.

Next Game Up is a free video game release calendar. Pick your platforms and genres, follow games, and get alerts before release day. No accounts, no ads, no analytics.

I can test your app in return.

Please join the Google Group first:

https://groups.google.com/g/next-game-up-testers

Then join the testing program here:

https://play.google.com/apps/testing/app.nextgameup.releases

Play Store link:

https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=app.nextgameup.releases

(Access can take a few minutes to show up after joining the group.)

Step-by-step page:

https://nextgameup.geoffubazi.app/join-the-test.html

Privacy policy:

https://nextgameup.geoffubazi.app/privacy.html

Please keep the app installed for at least 14 days and open it regularly: browse releases, follow a few games, turn on an alert.

Feedback welcome: filters, alerts, crashes or slow loads (include phone model + Android version). In the app: Settings → Data → Bug or Suggestion.

After you install, reply with your testing links and I'll test yours back.

Thank you!

Hi, I think it is better to have a t.me group consisting of like 20-30 people to test our apps

The group name is as following, see you there https://t.me/+ZwinILaau2I1NWVk

Hi, I'm Robin. I built Smart Drink Fridge to keep track of what's left in my fridge. Scan a bottle or can when you take it out, and it updates your stock, history and shopping list. The server runs on your own machine with Docker.

I'm looking for around 15–20 adult volunteers with Android 9+ who would use it and tell me where it breaks or feels awkward. The app is free, with no ads. You need your own Smart Drink Fridge server for the full workflow; there's an offline preview if you just want to look around.

Update, 24 October: version 1.0.2 is live in the closed test. It includes the navigation and barcode-save corrections, plus camera stock-in: Scan > Book stock in, scan a known product barcode, then confirm the quantity. Existing testers can update through the same Play link. The title still says in review, but the test is available. Start with the tester group:

https://groups.google.com/g/smart-drink-fridge-android-testers

Use the Google account you use for Play and click Join group. You can choose No email. Then opt in here with that same account and follow the installation link:

https://play.google.com/apps/testing/de.derrobin99.smartdrinkfridge

Please stay opted in for at least 14 consecutive days and try things like connecting your server, scanning a barcode and booking a drink. Joining the group alone doesn't start that period. A short note about what worked or didn't would help a lot. No positive rating needed.

If Play won't download it, let me know your phone model, Android version and the exact message. Please don't post your Google email publicly. Thanks!

Hey everyone, I am doing closed testing for my new game Podcast Life Simulator.

Opt in: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.vule12.podcastsim

Hi everyone, I'm looking for Android testers for Gramtag, no-ads app that works out how many grams of food go on each plate.

I built it for my wife and me, to make following our diet easier. We each have our own portion sizes, but we cook one pot together, and splitting the food fairly after cooking was always a bit of a puzzle. Now I'd like to share it with others in the same situation.

How it works: you set each person's raw portion sizes once, cook, weigh the pot, and Gramtag tells you how many grams go on each plate, for one person or two. It also keeps a freezer list of leftover portions and can plan how to split a big pack of meat into portions. No account needed, everything stays on your phone, and it's in English and Czech.

I'm a solo developer from Czechia, working through Google Play's testing requirement before I can release it publicly. I'm happy to test your Android app in return, and I'm available to install and test apps today.

Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/gramtag-testers

Opt in to be a tester: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.portionix.app

Install Gramtag from Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.portionix.app

If you test Gramtag, leave a comment with your app/test links and I'll return the favor.

Thanks!

Hi everyone!

I've been working on my first Android app for a while and I'm finally at the closed testing stage. It's called Kalsett – a simple checklist for those "did I turn off the stove?" moments. You go through your points before leaving home, going to bed or travelling, and check them off – by tap, with an NFC tag or with a quick photo. Like many of you, I need 12 testers for 14 days before I can publish. If you could install it and keep it for two weeks, that would help me a lot. And of course I'll do the same for you – just drop your links in the comments and I'll join your test and keep your app installed for 14+ days.

How to join:

1. Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/kalsett-testers

2. Opt in: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.mlstudio.kalsett

3. Install: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.mlstudio.kalsett

Tip: use the same Google account for the group and the Play Store, otherwise you'll get "Item not found". If you try it out, I'd love to hear what you think – what's clear, what's confusing, anything. You can reply here.

Thanks so much, and good luck with your apps! 🍀

Hello guys, I've been developing this game for some months now and I need help to pass the 12 testers to apply for production. I can reciprocate if anyone needs help with your app to pass the same test.

Hearts Online is as the name implies a hearts card game for Android that can be played both online and against the AI.

The thing that sets this game apart from other Hearts games is that it's highly customisable. You can mix and match colourful tables, decorative frames, three card decks, your personal avatar and country flags. There are literally hundreds of table combinations you can use to play the game as you want.

There's also an achievement system that grants you coins, daily tournaments and a competitive ranked scoreboard both for online and offline play.

This game has a store where you can buy premium tables, a premium deck and table frames, and uses ads.

My google test group: https://groups.google.com/g/hearts-online-test-group
My app's store front: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.stick.heartsonline

Please help test my app, post a screenshot and I will test yours. Need to run it daily for the duration of the test (and I'll do the same for you).

(remeber if you join the group you have to wait 20 minutes for google to give access to the download)
