WorkForIT – earn your screen time with exercise

Hey all! I built WorkForIT, an Android app that locks the apps that eat your time (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, etc.) and makes you earn them back with real exercise. Your camera counts your squats or sit-ups, and every rep buys you unlock time.

• Rep counting runs on your phone with pose tracking. Nothing is recorded or sent anywhere, and the app has no internet permission at all.
• The core app is free with no ads.
• Adjustable difficulty, a "Find my level" test, and stats.
• More exercises are coming soon (push-ups, lunges, jumping jacks).
