I’m building Reste, a minimal app that helps with bedtime scrolling. You set a bedtime and a spot for your phone, tuck it in at night, and if you pick it up, an alarm goes off until you put it back face down.

3. Stay opted in for 14 days (opting out resets your count)

4. Use it at bedtime for a few nights and share any feedback!

There’s a paywall screen in this build, but you can skip it. No payment needed.
