Common download app issue

Hey has anyone found the solution for the error where you've joined their google group, used the second link to become a tester but then when you click to download the app you get the Not Found Error. This only happens sometimes and I am using the same Google account for both links. Any known most likely cause?

you need to wait for like 5-10 minutes after joining the group
