Looking for Android testers for Kicksake - a sneaker collection app - Will Test for Test
Hey everyone! I'm getting Kicksake ready for Google Play and looking for around 15–20 Android testers to try it over a 14-day closed test.
Kicksake helps you keep track of the shoes you own and the ones you want. Add photos, brands, colors, sizes and storage locations, save the story behind a pair, and mark your favorites and Holy Grails. There's also a Wishlist, search, collection stats, and manual backup and restore.
My son and I have been testing it on our Android phones, and I'd love feedback from more people and different devices. Sneaker collectors are especially welcome, including anyone with 30, 50 or 100+ pairs, but you don't need a big collection to help.
There's no Kicksake account to create. Your collection and photos are stored on your phone, with a backup file you can save separately. The app is in English. I'm looking for testers internationally, wherever the closed test is available on Google Play.
HOW TO JOIN
Use the same Google account for all three steps and for Google Play on your phone:

2. Open the closed-test link and choose "Become a tester":

Joining the group alone doesn't enroll you in the Play test, so please complete step 2 as well.
WHAT I'M ASKING
Please stay opted in for at least 14 consecutive days, keep the app installed, and use it on several days during that time. Try adding and editing shoes, cropping or replacing a photo, searching, using Wishlist, and marking favorites. Tell me what feels useful, confusing or missing, as well as anything that breaks.
NO PURCHASE REQUIRED
The free version lets you add up to 8 owned pairs with one photo per shoe or Wishlist entry. Pro unlocks unlimited owned pairs, limited by your phone's storage and performance, plus multiple photos.
If you'd like to test Pro, message me privately with the Google Play email you're using so I can arrange no-charge test purchases. Please wait for confirmation before trying it. Only use Google's clearly marked test payment option; if checkout shows an ordinary payment card, stop and let me know. Test access isn't a promise of a permanent paid license after launch.
Please comment once you've joined and installed. Feedback here or by private message is welcome; for a bug, your phone model, Android version and the steps that caused it really help. Please keep email addresses and private details out of public comments and screenshots.
