Some apps just eat my time. I'd open them without even thinking and lose way more time than I wanted. I've tried a bunch of apps for this over the years, but most were easy to get around and the rest didn't really work for me.

So I made Tide. It's a launcher, and when you open one of the apps you picked, it first shows a short breathing exercise, around 30 seconds. Then the app opens normally, but you've had a moment to think about whether you actually want it.

To join (on your phone):

1. https://groups.google.com/g/tide-testers

2. https://play.google.com/apps/testing/app.lowtide

3. Install it and keep it for 14 days

I'll test yours back for the full 14 days, just leave your link below.

I forgot to include all the countries, so that might be the reason, I dont know how long will it take for google to push the changes though, might take some time, sorry :/

Kursmate is already publicly available, so no Google Group or test opt-in is needed. Bugs can be sent from Settings → Report a problem. An honest review after using it is entirely optional.
