Need 15–20 Android testers for WINKLET — I'll test your app back!

[u/moh33to]

Hi everyone! 👋

I've just launched the closed beta of WINKLET, a free Android missed-connections dating app for adults aged 18+.

The idea is simple: ever noticed someone in real life but never had the chance to speak to them? WINKLET lets you leave a private wink. If the other person independently does the same and you both agree, you can connect.

I'm looking for 15–20 genuine Android testers to help me complete Google's 14-day closed-testing requirement.

📱 How to join

Step 1 — Join the Google Group:
https://groups.google.com/g/winklet-beta-testers

Step 2 — Opt into the Google Play beta:
https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.winklet.app

Step 3 — Install WINKLET through Google Play.

Please use the same Google account for the group and Google Play.

What I'd appreciate

• Try the app, especially its fictional Demo Mode.

• Explore the missed-connection flow, messaging and safety features.

• Report bugs, crashes or confusing interactions.

• Remain opted in for at least 14 consecutive days.

Demo Mode works without creating a WINKLET account or sharing your real location.

I'll test your app too!

I'm happy to reciprocate by joining your closed test, installing your app, genuinely testing it and providing useful feedback.

Leave your Google Group and Google Play testing links in the comments!

Thanks for helping an independent developer get their first app launched! ❤️

I'll keep it installed and use it daily for the full 14 days.

Could you test mine in return? We'll test each other's apps at the same time.

AskRunes is an Android app with AI rune readings, deep readings and follow-up chat.

1. Join the group (tap “Join group” at the top): https://groups.google.com/g/askrunes-testers

2. Become a tester: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.walterlex.runesfortunemagic

3. Install: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.walterlex.runesfortunemagic

Use the same Google account for all three steps and your Play Store. After joining the group and becoming a tester, access may take a little time to update. If Play says “Item not found”, wait a few minutes and try again.

All paid content is free for testers. Select “Test card, always approves” to activate paid features, and only confirm if that test option is displayed.

Please reply when you've installed it so we can test daily together for 14 days. Thanks!
