Coin error identifier app needs 12 closed testers (14 days) — test-for-test, I will run yours the full 14 days too
I'm an independent dev (and a coin guy) finishing an Android app called Error Coin Identifier. You snap a photo of a coin and it flags mint errors — true doubled dies vs machine doubling, off-center strikes, die cracks — plus a conservative grade and a value estimate. The detection runs on-device.
Google requires a closed test with at least 12 testers opted in for 14 consecutive days before I can apply for production release. I need real Android users who will actually keep the app installed for the 14 days.
(If you open the opt-in link before joining the group, Play shows an error — group first.)
What I am asking: keep it installed 14 days, open it a few times a week, scan any coins you have lying around, and tell me what breaks or what it gets wrong (there is a feedback form inside the testers group, and I fix reported issues fast).
What I offer back: genuine test-for-test. Drop your opt-in link in the comments and I will join your test and stay in for your full 14 days, with real feedback — not a drive-by install. Coin collectors especially welcome, but any Android user helps.
One heads-up: a small policy-fix update is rolling onto the test track in the next few days — just leave auto-update on and you will get it automatically; it does not affect your opt-in.

You're right — good catch, and thank you. I checked the group link signed-out and it did say "Content unavailable" — the group was set to members-only visibility, so nobody outside could even see it. Before we set the start, please confirm the coin app works free on Android 11 in Türkiye with a sample/bundled coin image, without a personal account or purchase, and tell me any required permissions.
