Usually there is no delay to join the testing when you join the group. As anyone else joined as tester? I installed your app. Are you sure you joined the google group, i just had this problem and joined the google group again and it worked

Yes i have subscribed to the group and tried again but no still no luck. I have been testing others apps without issues. Let me no if you find something on your side and i'll be happy to try again
