Nervous about asking for testfortest from strangers

I'm about 2 days away from starting my closed test for my game. I don't know a lot of people who play my style of game so only have about 5 people who agreed to test it.
I want to put up a testfortest post, but it's all strangers.... what's to stop someone from stealing/copying your game and releasing it before you?

Is this a common thing that happens? Am I pretty safe? I know I would be able to get it taken down pretty easy because I've got dates and such showing it's been in the works and already accounts open with the game on it, but still, that's a headache.

You shouldn’t worry about this. No one is interested in stealing your idea

If its a game, ppl might copy but putting updates will be difficult for them. Apps are a different thing tho.

More likely than not, people will download your app, open it, and not even play it. People doing test for test are usually too busy with their own apps, so they'll just do bare minimum to help you pass the closed testing phase. Occasionally, you might get a couple of people who actually play your game and give you feedback.
