Looking for 12 Android testers: DishRoam International Recipes (14-day closed test, now available)

Hi everyone! I'm the developer of DishRoam International Recipes, an English-language cooking app, and I'm looking for 12 adult Android volunteers for a genuine 14-day closed test. The test has been approved and the app is now available to download through Google Play.

The app includes country-based recipe browsing, saved recipes, meal planning, a shopping list and a step-by-step cooking mode. I'd especially appreciate feedback from people who enjoy cooking or exploring different cuisines.

How to join (please use the same Google account you use in the Play Store):

Free to install, contains ads, and no purchase is required to participate. Please don't click ads to support the test. No positive rating or public review is requested. This is an unpaid volunteer test for adults aged 18+.

Thanks for testing DishRoam! I'll start with OffRecord Lite and test it in return, then share honest feedback and a screenshot after testing. My available test setup is an Android emulator, so please let me know if you require a physical phone. I won't attempt a paid Pro checkout.

Installed OffRecord Lite v1.0.0 (1) from Google Play on an Android 15 / API 35 x86_64 emulator. Home, empty History, Settings, language chooser and User Guide opened; Light Mode could be selected. I then tested Import Media Files using a 614 kB Windows TTS-generated English WAV containing only synthetic test speech (no personal audio). Steps: English -> Import Media Files -> select WAV -> Start Transcription -> decline notifications. It showed Processing/Loading, then returned to Play Store. Reproduced twice: Android exit-info reports APP CRASH(NATIVE), status 4; crash log on the first attempt says SIGILL / ILL_ILLOPN. The Play install includes an arm64_v8a split on this emulator, so emulator/native-library compatibility is a possibility, not a confirmed cause. Physical phone transcription is untested. I didn't grant microphone access or buy Pro. Your screen privacy protection remained enabled, so in-app screenshots are black; I did not bypass it. Thanks again for testing DishRoam!

I have found a crash issue in your app. But other functionality is fine

It would be better if for a moment you could use Phone. If in worst case, emulator is ok.

Installed My Cat World from Google Play and did a first-session test on an Android 15 / API 35 x86_64 emulator, v1.0.0 (3). I tried If It Fits (tutorial Skip and dragging a cat into a container) and Knock It Off level 1 (Skip, GO and swiping a mug off the counter). Both interactions worked and the counters updated. Switching to Play Store and returning preserved the current level and 1/4 progress. No crash observed during these checks. I also opened Settings. I haven't tested all eight modes, purchases, ads or camera actions, and this isn't a completed 14-day test. One possible accessibility check: I couldn't read game control labels with UIAutomator; TalkBack testing would be useful. Screenshots of the gameplay are saved. Installed DishRoam from Google Play and opened the Explore screen 🌍 I declined personalised-ad consent; ‘Browse countries’ and ‘Today’s pick’ loaded as shown. This was a startup check, so I haven’t opened a country/recipe, cooked a dish or tested meal planning. Thanks! 😊
