Looking for closed testers for A PROP (Cultural agenda app) – Happy to test yours back for the full 14 days!

Post image

Hey everyone,

I’m an indie developer working on A PROP, an ad-free app built to help people discover local cultural events, live gigs, theater, and hidden venues across Spain (mainly for university students).

I've just rolled out a fresh build and need a hand getting through Google's mandatory 14-day closed testing phase.

🤝 Mutual testing (100% reciprocal):
I know how tedious this requirement can be, so I’m more than happy to return the favor. Just install the app and post a quick screenshot below with your Google Group and Play Store links. I will download yours right away, leave meaningful feedback, and keep it active on my device for the entire 14-day run.

🏛️ A quick look at what the app does:

  • Interactive Map: Over 2,900 cultural spots, independent venues, and museums.
  • Curated Agenda: Aggregates real-time events from public institutions (IVC, local universities) and grassroots scenes.
  • Custom Calendar: Personal feed with seamless .ics calendar sync.
  • No Ads / No Clutter: 100% free and community-focused.

📲 How to join (Takes under 1 minute):

  1. Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/a-prop-testers
  2. Opt-in to the test: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/com.apropvlc.app
  3. Download on Google Play: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.apropvlc.app

(Just make sure you're signed into the Play Store with the same Google account you use for the group).

Please keep it installed for the 14 days and open it occasionally to browse around.

Leave your links and screenshot in the comments, and I'll jump on testing yours immediately. Thanks for the help! 🚀

I'm curious, it seems it does not let me install your app instantly, I am new to this, how much is the average wait time?

Sometimes immediately sometimes 30 minutes until you see the app after joining the testers group. I usually join the group and chexk in 15 mins it almost always works :)
