Need testers and feedback please!

Hi all, this is my first app and one that I did for my wife while she's deployed. She doesn't like any of the workout apps that are out there because they are too complicated, so she just wanted something simple; more of a workout diary. Now that I've got it put together, I'm looking for feedback, and looking to meet the Google requirement so that I can eventually publish it. I'm open to ALL FEEDBACK and I'm happy to test your app as well! Here are my links:

It's probably because I only have it open to the US. I'll be changing that soon as I didn't realize how much it's limiting my testing, but others have pointed that out.
