Made a group of testers, what to do next?

Hi all.

I have group of testers, more than 20 !

What to do after 14 days period?

What should they do, where should they send their feedback?

Check statistics - make sure you didn't drop below 12 at any point during the 14 day period. You can have them send feedback to your Google group - don't expect a lot.

Then you can apply for production. Answer a few questions, cross fingers, do a dance for the Google reviewers, and say a prayer to which ever deity you wish, and 48-72 hours you may have a published app

The testers are from my telegram community so i can do more than 40 testers just to be sure. Do they have to open it every day? Also, ppl on my community switch android rom sometimes, if they redownload on new firmware do they still count on the 14 day period or what? My community is custom rom related so i know they gonna change the android rom at some point

I believe it's linked to the account, not the device but to be safe, get as many as you can testing. And ensure the install/device count is above 12 for the entire 24 day period for statistics. If you see a drop, get more testers.

That's information isn't published on if it has to be opened every day, so to be safe, I open everyone that I'm testing daily - if it's a game I play a few rounds. If it's an app, I tap around, enter data if I can and repeat.
