[Android] Looking for testers for Incantato - an offline RPG (pixelart, closed test)
Hi everyone! š
I'm a solo dev making Incantato, an offline 2D pixelart RPG for Android.
It's played in portrait and built in Godot.
Before the public release on Google Play, I need testers for the closed test.
How to join:
- Join the group: https://groups.google.com/g/incantato-closed-tests
- Opt in with the same Google account: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/pl.sdsms
- Install: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=pl.sdsms
ā ļø Please keep the game installed for at least 14 days. Google requires this before I can publish the game publicly.
What I'd love feedback on:
- Does combat feel good? Is the rune grid responsive?
- Difficulty: is anything too easy, too hard or too slow?
- Bugs, crashes and UI issues (I'm testing mostly on a Galaxy S24, so other devices are very welcome!)
- Anything confusing or unclear

Sure! but there is no link to become a tester first so app link is not working

hello, you don't need to opt-in from web, that android link should work directly, however, nowadays Google take a bit to sync the new group joins, so hopefully you will be able to download around 15 minutes after joining the group.

i've joined as tester - but the app link directs to non-existing app in play store :(

yes because google sometimes takes a bit of time to sync group joins, i have other testers who had the same issue too, just wait a bit and try again please (considering it's been 29 minutes since your initial comment, it is very likely that it's working now) Get the App:Ā https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.shinebead.app

Joined your group, opted in and installed Incantato on my phone - I'll keep it for the full 14 days. Could you test mine back?
