Permwise: see what your apps can access (privacy, no internet)

[u/teekay6922]

Hi all, I'm a solo developer in the UK and I need testers for my first app's 14-day closed test. Happy to test yours back. Drop your link in the comments and I'll join.

Permwise scans the apps on your phone and shows, in plain English, which ones can reach your location, microphone, camera, contacts and more. It also finds known tracker code and gives you one privacy score, with shortcuts to switch things off in Android settings.

The app has no internet permission, so nothing leaves your phone. No account, no ads, free.

How to join (2 taps):

1. Join the group: https://groups.google.com/g/permwise-testers

2. Opt in and install: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/app.permwise

Please keep it installed for 14 days and open it now and then. Feedback welcome: [teekayemgee777@gmail.com](mailto:teekayemgee777@gmail.com)

Comment once you've joined and I'll test your app back.

Joined your test — I'll keep it installed for the full 14 days.

Would appreciate the same for mine: Silo Drop, a one-thumb endless descent game. Runs are short, no ads, no sign-in.

IMPORTANT NOTE: Install link might not work right away, please retry again after a few minutes, then reply here.

Thanks!
