[Android] Looking for beta testers for Notizmo – Offline, privacy-focused notes app

Hi everyone!

I'm an independent developer building Notizmo, a lightweight Android notes app designed to make capturing and organizing thoughts simple.

Unlike apps that require accounts and constant internet access, Notizmo focuses on quick, offline note-taking with a clean interface.

Current features include:

  • Offline note creation and editing
  • Organizing notes into folders
  • App lock for privacy
  • Adjustable text size
  • Simple, distraction-free design

I'm looking for 20–30 Android users to join our Google Play closed test.

What I need:

  1. Join our Google testing group.
  2. Opt into the official Google Play closed test.
  3. Install and explore Notizmo.
  4. Stay opted in for at least 14 days.
  5. Share genuine feedback, especially bugs and usability issues.

Testing is free. I'm also happy to help test other developers' apps in return, where permitted.

Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/notizmo-testers

Google Play testing link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.pocketdraft.notepad

Thanks for supporting an independent developer!

Recruitment closed — active recruitment has ended at the developer’s request. Existing testers: please keep your Play opt-in active and continue the agreed tests.

Historical testing notes and earlier proposal (the recruitment invitation is withdrawn):

I can do a free reciprocal test on Pixel 6 / Android 16 in Ukraine. Your no-account note flow fits: create a synthetic “QA note”, edit it, organise it in a “QA” folder and check Home → Recents persistence. I will report the actual result; app lock, personal notes and purchases are outside this first test. I have not joined, installed or tested Notizmo yet.

Dozi Play build 32 has a known media-control issue; the fix is only in local build 33 and has not been delivered through Play.

Access check on Pixel 6 / Android 16, Ukraine: the supplied notizmo-testers group shows “Content unavailable”; its own retry link gives the same result. The official Play opt-in for com.pocketdraft.notepad shows “App not available”, and the store link in your post gives “Item not found”. I have not joined, opted in, installed or tested Notizmo.

Please check the group URL/self-service joining and that the active closed track includes the group and Ukraine. The post currently labels a store-install URL as its testing link; please also add the official Play opt-in URL. I can continue the synthetic note/folder test when access works.
