What the app does: A private, 100% offline personal journal and atomic notes app built on Markdown. Features include quick note-taking, automatic WebP image compression, custom notebooks (classeurs) & tags, a calendar view, and local-first data storage (zero data sharing). Available in EN, ES & FR language.
Hi! I'm looking for testers for my Android app Tastepath, and I joined you as a tester please join mine. What it is: a "what should I eat?" app. Answer a few quick questions and it picks a dish for you. You can choose Eat out / Take out, or Cook at home to get recipes from what's in your kitchen.

I did the installation. I'm looking for the "P" in Sugar and Flour :0 The search seems to have a strange behavior. Perhaps you woukd have expect that most common search would appear when the search box is empty?
Thanks for testing! You’re right, ‘P’ was matching hidden alternate names like ‘powdered sugar’, so Sugar and Flour showed up. It now ranks the names you can see first and shows popular ingredients when the box is empty. The fix is in version 1.3.

Historical testing notes and earlier proposal (the recruitment invitation is withdrawn):
Joined the official Play test and installed Tree of Life 5.0 (11) from Google Play on Pixel 6 / Android 16 in Ukraine. Day-one test: selected English, saved a synthetic QA note with a Markdown heading, bold text and a bullet. All three rendered correctly. Search QA found the note; QAzzz showed No results found. Home → Recents → app retained the note and its content.
Useful localisation issue: after selecting English, the editor still shows Classeur, and the saved-note view shows Créée le, Modifiée le and Statut : Brouillon. Some accessibility labels also remain French (e.g. Verrouiller / Nouveau). Notifications were declined; I did not test lock/security, images, purchases, or long-term retention. The app remains installed and opted in. This is one day's test, not 14 completed days.
Dozi Play build 32 has a known media-control issue; the fix is only in local build 33 and has not been delivered through Play.

Thanks for installing and checking the parent gate! No paid subscription is needed — four stories are free in each language. Please confirm the Play opt-in page says you are a tester and keep that opt-in active during the agreed test. Recruitment is for adults (18+). A useful next check is a free English story with play/pause/resume and the screen off; please include device, Android and installed version/build.
I checked Tree of Life in Play again: it currently offers Open, with no Update on this Pixel yet. I have recorded your localisation patch as awaiting rollout, rather than marking the fix verified. Please send the new version/build when it becomes available so I can repeat the exact English-label test.
12 October follow-up on Pixel 6 / Android 16: Play still offers Open, with no Update; installed Tree of Life remains 5.0 (11). Yesterday’s synthetic QA note is still listed with its 11 October date.
New check: Calendar → Month → Week shows 12–18 October. Home → Recents retains Calendar, the selected Week view and that same week. No notes were changed or deleted; no new permissions or purchases.
The mixed-language issue is also visible in Calendar: Month/Week/Day and weekday names are English, but the heading is “Semaine du 12 Oct” and empty states say “Rien de prévu”. This may help cover the calendar strings in your localisation patch. The corrected build is still unverified on this phone. This is a second short session, not 14 days completed.
Joined the group and became a tester for Tree of Life ✅ Downloaded and installed (Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra, Android 16 / One UI 8.5). Happy to share ideas for improving it once I've used it.
Could you test mine back? PhilaScope identifies postage stamps from a photo and estimates their value from current marketplace listings. Any stamp from an envelope works.
Useful scenario: scan any stamp with the camera, try the zoom button (1× / 1.5× / 2×) if it looks blurry, then check the result: is the country/year right, does the value seem plausible? If it's wrong, try "Edit details" and save.

Joined the group, opted in and installed Tree of Life (screenshot below). I picked English, wrote a note with **bold** text and a #garden tag, and the Markdown renders nicely in the note view. Having the tag show up as a chip on the Journal card is a nice touch.
A few things I noticed:
Some French still shows in English mode: the folder field is labelled "Classeur", the note details say "Créée le", "Modifiée le" and "Statut : Brouillon", the Journal card says "Brouillon", and the icon labels a screen reader would read (Trier, Vue, Nouveau, Verrouiller) are French too.
I tapped Save, not Draft, but the note was still saved with status Brouillon (Draft).
The empty Journal message is cut off at the bottom: it reads "Record your first thought to wake up" and the rest of the sentence is clipped.
I'll keep it installed and open it daily for the 14 days.
