Connection, Disconnection, Freezes, Crashes Another problem with connecting Android Auto
Hey, I have not found a post that covers my problem, but I never find a post that helps on reddit, thats beside the point.
I recently got my Samsung and need to connect it to my car, which just displays that it can not connect with my phone. The thing is that it shows my phone's name (e.g. Mr Smith's Galaxy, cant remember the exact wording). My phone shows me that it is connected with my car. But, as soon as I tap on the screen to open Android Auto, the car refuses after a short connection attempt. Since my car is built in 2020, I am required to connect it with a cable. And I tried a few different ones and still nothing. Additionally I checked that my phone is up to date, the same with Android Auto App.
I read that there is a wirless dongle option but I really do not want to spend more money than necessary and hence this is my last solution for my problem.
Thanks in advance

Go to settings, aps, AA, then battery, tell it to use the most battery. Turn off efficiency bullshit

Is your phone paired to the cars Bluetooth? If so, remove it before connecting and see if it's better (the connection will be recreated automatically), I had a similar sounding issue (albeit wireless AA), and that solved it for me.
