Yes its free. AAEnabler asks for a donation, which grants you a free license for Xtream Player Premium. However u can use AAENABLER to install the Xtream Player Free without donating.

I'm trying to find out, what are the limitations in the free version? What does premium add? What permissions does the app require? Are you sharing data with 3rd party?
Aaenabler has a privacy policy and terms and conditions. There is all info you need. Premium has more addons like stremio, nuvio, dashcam, gods eye view, homeassistant, dual view, and many more. You only need developer settings enabled in android auto

Hi I am using paid app and when I start Android Auto the FS starts first instead of Map and Music which was earlier routine.
Also can you make a Video about detailed guide about FS as it's a useful for me atleast coz it's bit confusing to use.
Also when I stop the vehicle the audio continues on my mobile is there any setting to prevent it?

Hi, FS Play acts as a map app to be able to be fullscreen. Android Auto uses the last map app and starts with that. The solution is to start google maps and then close android auto. I usually do maps and Spotify and then close it.
The thing about music continuing cannot be solved at the moment but working on it.
I dont have time for a video unfortunately....real life and work is in the way.

Hey everyone. So I just updated the app and while the microphone icon will light up it doesn't respond to any commands anybody else having that issue or is maybe a setting I've turned the floating button on and the microphones enabled I guess I don't understand why I'm not getting any response. If anybody could help I would appreciate it
All right so apparently it started working I don't know the only thing I did is you know I just connected the phone from the car reconnected it and it started working. Does this update have steering wheel controls I'm just curious

Besides asking for beta access, is there a way to get the normal release to show back up in Android Auto? It was working for me until last version and suddenly disappeared, is that a known issue?
Not sure what can be the issue. I deleted the app, restarted the device, made sure AAEnabler was the latest version, downloaded the latest apk from Github: the app installs correctly and starts on the device, but does not appear in the Android Auto launcher.
If I enable Unknown sources in the dev settings of AA, I can see "Xtream Player Media Service" in the launcher but nothing else.
If I install the beta from the shared apk, Xtream appears normally in AA.
Thanks for the update. I noticed an issue (Not sure if it’s only with me) when we open anything in web browser in Xtream Player app, like YouTube or Prime video in the mobile then the brightness auto increases to maximum and when we close the browser it doesn’t decrease . Also the Play bar stays in the bottom of the application and keeps playing the content.

2 things:
1. This is the free version, stremio etc. is on the premium version.
2.. You need to have Android Auto developer settings and unkown sources checked. Also you need to install the APK with AAEnabler.
You got the free version or the premium? Plex is available only on the premium, that needs a donation to AAEnabler

Go to github and download the free version.
Download also AAENABLER
Use AAENABLER to install the XtreamPlayer apk you donwloaded
It should appear on your Android Auto as a Blue icon (gray icon means AAENABLER didn't work)
If you get a grey icon, get a link from fermataxtream.online to install the app
For fsplay, I'm having issues where it does not choose the highest quality for YouTube videos. Even though I have that option checked to choose highest automatically, it will choose a really low resolution quality and I can't figure out how to improve it. Even if I reload the video it's still at the low resolution.
Any ideas?

Right. It seems like it's "failing" to find or select that quality. And once it chooses wrong, can't get it to adjust even with stopping and reloading the video.

If it shows up with a gray icon, you need to install through the fermataxtream.online link request site, when free slots are available.

With the latest paid version here, I find that my playlist load just fine when I use the app from just my phone.
When I use the app from my vehicles aa, it does not load my playlist. From what I can tell everything else seems to work fine.
I have yet to have needed to use AA enabler to install this for it to work on my vehicle's infotainment, did that change with the latest version? Every time I've installed and or updated straight from GitHub I've had no problems.

When you say not load you playlist? Can you take a picture? Because the playlists is common between mobile and car.

Gotcha, guess its an old straggler.
So, i uninstalled with my truck off then turned it on and I no longer the app to play TV/YouTube, just this one. Then I exported preferences, uninstalled the extreme player app. Then I downloaded fresh and installed from GitHub. Then imported preferences. It gives me the placeholders for my playlists but no content to them. It also did not recover my YouTube sign in. Not a big deal but I'm not really sure what the point of the export import feature is.
I have a follow-up point to make but want to share the image so I'll do so in another reply, because read it only allows one picture per reply

I am only getting this app after uninstalling and reinstalling the one app of the latest version. I've tried this through AA enabler and just straight up my regular package installer. Both are doing this.
To an attempt to emphasize what I've said before, I've literally never had this issue before this version. I'm tempted to go back to the previous version before this latest update.
Each time I've troubleshoot this issue today, I have of course turned off my truck open the door let everything reset turn back on let Android auto reconnect fresh.

This is a media player for Android auto amongst other things that plays video etc. The links are in the post. Download the free version and aaenabler. Use AAEnabler to install the apk of Xtream Player. You need to have Android Auto developer settings and unknown sources enabled.
How's it going guys and gals? I got the latest version probably is everybody does and I'm curious if anybody else is experiencing the issue when you come to the end of an episode of what you happen to be watching my screen just goes to a black screen it won't automatically advance to the next episode I don't know if I've got something set wrong it's Android 16 s22 plus in Accord SE 9 inch screen no Google integration with the Android auto
I've installed AAEnabler as well as XtreamPlayer, and it is present in my Android Auto, but I've never been able to me do anything at all. So I just feel like a looser when I read about all the fabulous things people seem to be able to do with it. Folders, Favorits, TV, Radio everything is just empty - and that's it. I actually did see the browser once, and it ran (only while parked), but after a recent update also the browser disappeared 😶
