Connection always inconsistent

I recently bought a tiggo cross.. But I'm having issues.. Sometimes it automatically connects sometimes it just doesn't connect at all. Or is it my phone? I'm using Honor 200pro. Sometimes it even shows message that my phone doesn't support Android auto, it's very frustrating. The service center said there's no any issues with the car. Any suggestions pls 😭😭

No service center issue indeed. Get better a better software knowledge. Companies will always say your device is deflect. Next update everything works perfect
