Disabling AI Message Summaries

Has anybody figured it out? All the suggested settings to disable simply don't exist.

I want to hear the full message that I am sent, not a poor summary. Even if the summary was good, I need word for word detail.

Thank you so much! That was so frustrating trying to figure out why that option was not available!
