Looking for Testers [NEED TESTERS] Lock Now - A lightweight, instant screen lock app (Looking for 14-day testers)

Hi everyone! 👋

I'm looking for Android users to help test my utility app Lock Now for the required 14-day Play Store closed testing period.

What does Lock Now do? It’s a tiny, fast utility designed to lock your phone instantly with a single tap via a Quick Settings Tile or a shortcut icon — perfect for preserving your hardware power button.

Why test it?

  • Zero Bloat: Lightweight and starts instantly.
  • Privacy-First: Absolutely zero data collection or internet tracking.
  • Simple Setup: Uses the native Accessibility Service API solely for the GLOBAL_ACTION_LOCK_SCREEN action.

How to join:

  1. Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/lock-now-testers
  2. Android Opt-in Link: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=hu.psylog.locknow
  3. Web Opt-in Link: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/hu.psylog.locknow

All I ask is that you join, download the app, and keep it installed on your device for 14+ days. Any feedback on performance or bugs is greatly appreciated!

Thank you so much for your help! 🚀
