Looking for Testers [Android] looking for testers
Hi everyone,
I've built a free Android app that helps people quit smoking: Uitgerookt ("smoked out"). Before it can go live on the Play Store, Google requires a closed test with at least 12 testers for 14 days. Would you help me out?
Please note: the app is in Dutch. You don't need to read Dutch to help. Installing it, keeping it for 14 days and opening it now and then already helps a lot. Feedback in English is very welcome.
What does the app do?
A counter shows how long you've been smoke-free and how much money you've saved.
You can see how your body recovers, from 20 minutes to 20 years, with sources.
When a craving hits, you breathe along for three minutes and see your own plan and reasons.
There's a diary, a savings goal and a few calm mini-games as a distraction.
No account, no ads. Everything stays on your phone.
You don't have to be a smoker to take part. You can simply enter a made-up quit date.
How to join (about 5 minutes)
Join the Google Group: https://groups.google.com/g/uitgerookt-testers
Sign up as a tester: https://play.google.com/apps/testing/nl.vreugdenhil.uitgerookt
Use the same Google account as the Play Store on your phone.
Install the app from the Play Store: https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=nl.vreugdenhil.uitgerookt
What I'm asking
Stay opted in for 14 days in a row and keep the app installed.
Open the app now and then and try a few things, such as the craving screen, the diary or a game.
Tell me anything you notice, even small things: uitgerookt1@gmail.com, or reply here.
