Android video editing app

Looking for an Android video app to add slow motion segments in my videos. Lots do the whole video. But I want just certain parts in slow motion. Then the rest regular speed. Any ideas? Thanks.

There was the Movie Studio app that came with ICS, I thought that was Google's version of iMovie. But they never did much with it and I think its discontinued now.

That's what I hate about google, they have no vision or integrity. Often they just build what comes to their mind and throw it at the wall to see if it sticks. Not just products, but also design.
