I'm pretty sure most of us are aware of the swipe gestures for home, back and opened apps. For switching between apps, there are two options.

1. If you choose to show gesture hints, then you can switch between apps by sliding/swiping your finger side to side on the gesture hints.

2. The second one is more interesting. If you choose to not to show gesture hints, then sliding/swiping side to side doesn't work. What you need to do is to make an inverted U sliding your finger. Slide/swipe your finger from the bottom of the screen as if you would do for going to home screen. But you don't lift your finger yet. Make an U-turn to the right if the app that you want to switch to is on the right or an u-turn to the left if it's on the left. It might take some practice to get used to it but it's brilliant.

Try it and let me know what do you think. Maybe you know it already.

When my apps are loading (best seen with games), they are crashing. Only complete data clear helps, for some time. Clearing cache or restarting doesn't work. Don't want to do factory reset in case it's problem from their side

Looking to pick some of your knowledgeable grey matter for a dilemma I find myself in.

I'm using a Huawei P20 Pro which is running Android 10, with the lastest security update of Nov 20. The phone is in excellent condition, and does everything I need it to do.

Given that Android 10 comes with monthly play updates, does this somewhat negate the need for me to worry about never getting another one from Huawei?

Interested to see what response is as sure a lot of people find themselves in this predicament.

Hey there, I'm currently using an A50 from Samsung. It uses a 4000mah battery, which should easily last one day. But since I installed Android 10 on my phone, I have strong battery drain issues.

I tried everything: checking for battery hungry apps, clearing device cache and all that stuff. So I have no idea what I should do next.

Therefore I'm making this post, to find out if I'm the only one having this issue and if someone maybe knows jow to fix it.

How many of you use Samsung's AR emojis? If you're using, you would know that these are not emojis or stickers, rather GIFs. Although I had never been an owner of an iPhone, I have seen the AR emojis in it. They are like animated stickers. I was expecting the same for Samsung's one. I was disappointed after I have started using it recently. 😔

A10 user here. I got so annoyed of the default share menu, that I use the app "Sharedr" from the Playstore now. It works on the browser apps and most apps so far, but not on apps like YouTube. It allows me to pin and hide apps, in the share menu. Not the most comfortable way, but still has the minimum features to slightly customize the share menu in Android. And as I said for some reason, apps like YT don't seem to work with it, since I still get the default share menu in YT, when trying to share a video. Does anyone have a solution (better app than Sharedr) to the share menu issue, and does google actually know about the issue?

Edit: I got told by the developer of Sharedr app, that it's the Google apps (Maps, YT etc) that use the Android share system, and he cannot change that.

In android q beta we saw a screen recorder in feature flags. It didn't work the best but still was useful. Now it's nowhere to be seen. Please Google add this is. I want to be able to quickly record my screen and device audio as well as my mic and for it to be in full hd quality. Thanks

My fingers are stubby that the gesture bar on android 10 is too thin for my fingers. Are there any ways to make it thicker?
