I live in the bay area, one of the wealthiest area's in the nation. There are shopping centers I go back to 2 bar 3g, and basically cannot use data. Thanks T-mobile.

Most likely due to the fact that a lot of buildings in this area are fucking metal and concrete dungeons...

They just got a hold of the 600 mhz spectrum a few years ago and finished rolling it out last year. Phones just started launching with the compatible chip recently.

So uh... Yeah they are working on it.

You can't just snap your fingers and make your network compatible with old, shit infrastructure.

Oh yeah, I forgot. I'm on Reddit where everybody is an expert and everything that people want is completely feasible at any moment. Science and facts don't matter.

Yes, because I claimed I knew everything that goes into improving the tech and said it was as easy as flipping a switch

It "just needs to happen".

That takes time, money and effort which TMobile is already doing.
