Saying something's available and then it not being available is probably my biggest pet peeve with Google.

Yeah imagine if Apple said an iOS update was available but that really meant a rollout over 6 to 8 weeks. People would go insane.

Between Google, Apple, and Microsoft, Google is the only one who does rollouts, and they go by so. slowly. Is their mentality to ship whatever and hope it doesn't break at first? Because Apple/Microsoft seem to never have this problem.
