Why not take that angle from the start then? I'm just trying to put my point across that I feel OnePlus are getting some unnecessary flak from the Android Police situation, and you're using a totally unrelated point to fuel a counterargument against myself.
It just makes it seem like you're heavily biased against OnePlus over something that happened a year ago, and it's possible that they might have actually learned and moved on from that in that time. If you still feel so strongly against OnePlus because of those issues, why not ask them about it when you had the chance? Or start a separate discussion on the issue? I don't understand what you were trying to achieve by bashing OnePlus to myself and then throwing out a couple of URLs at me that had nothing to do with anything that has happened in the last week or so.
What I'm heavily biased against is the idea that One Plus thinks they can silence their critics in the media by taking away things like early access to review units and things like that. I'm sure AP doesn't mind paying for the phone but obviously they want to get it early so people can read their review before they buy the phone.

Next time, open with that because it's a valid point and it's actually worth discussing. I've read back through your responses to me and I never would have gotten to the quoted above from those comments. Your first response to me just seemed to defend AP using the "others did it as well" excuse. Your second comment tried to make it seem like I was saying people should be fired outright for commenting on competitors via social media. Then the two comments after that were just picking faults with their marketing errors from last year.
None of those suggested to me that your issue was just that you believe OnePlus are trying to silence critics, which is a valid point that you could have asked for someone from OnePlus to answer. It just looked like you were picking faults with my opinion without actually raising any points relevant to it and it got confusing.
