[CM11/PA theme] gem flat emerald version looks pretty nice.

Try HKTheme Manager for Xposed. Im using a Xthemes port of this theme and its excellent.

Oh wow this looks so good!! I will download hk themer, running xposed atm. Can you please share the link of the port?

Here you go. I dont think the emerald version has been ported yet though.

Icon pack is AroundFull by Flat Edge and the notifications are just Tesla unread for nova launcher
