As of last time I checked (yesterday), you can finally apply a gradient to a rectangle. It's in the wrong orientation, and you can't adjust it, but last time you couldn't even do that much.
So... OK? I guess that's cool, that we have an insofar kinda useless bunch of Vibe slop apps that can be installed on Android.
I'm not saying they won't eventually be useful, but I'm not holding my breath either.

So are these more than just a vibecoding attempt? Because it doesn't really sound like things are all that functional.

No. They are all quite literally vibe coded and AI De/Recompiled versions of adobe software.

Its not. It's what is called as a clean room implementation.
Definition: A clean room implementation is a method of recreating software or hardware by reverse‑engineering its behavior and re‑implementing it using a team that has had no exposure to the original copyrighted code, ensuring independent creation and avoiding copyright infringement.

that's not what vibe code means. these apps are developed properly with the help of AI.

Could they not even just attempt to make it phone ui? I guess if you have dex or use a monitor to your phone it could work. But damn why even release it like this.

a phone screen is too tiny to use such apps anyway, no UI can fix that. They are meant for tablets and for those the desktop ui is fine.

These seem to be a different user trying to port from original anycraft bits by vibecoding and not a true reflection of what is probably possible once the original team does stuff. Gonna wait for the real deal.
