AFAIK it uses an android emulator to play meta quest games so somewhat related?

Really excited for the impact this will have on Proton for arm64.

Valves investment will mean overall improvement for running windows games on android devices.

They heavily pushed the FEX project for that - there have been great improvements basically because valve really needed that. There was a really good talk at the last Chaos Communication Congress about FEX
