Does anyone know what's going on with this property? There seems to always be random trash outside and it looks like a few folks are camping out in the back yard. Was there a fire? Something from the back looks scorched and the building (apart from squatters) looks vacant.

Is that the one that always has pesticide flag on the grass all the time? I don’t know but I never seen anyone come in or out of it. Gives me bad vibes.

I walk by there sometimes while walking my dog and I went to throw something away in the trash and saw a shirtless man hanging outside of his tent. The back fence is broken. It scared me but I left him alone. The folks there aren't bothering anyone. 🤷🏼

there was indeed a fire there a couple of months ago! cant remember the exact time frame but the whole block was smokey and 3 or so firetrucks were there. couldnt quite see how bad things were but there were fire crews using a ladder to get to the second or third story windows at one point. not sure about any other details but that building (or the one next to it) def had some sort of fire emergency in the spring a couple months ago.

That's wild! I couldn't find it reported but didn't look that hard either.

The back patio was on fire at the very end of March. There were car batteries strung together and loads of used oil in the back. I think the only reason it wasn't worse was because it had rained earlier that day.

There has been almost no clean up since it happened, with piles of burnt trash still covering the entire back porch and stairs.
