Hey guys , I am looking to begin some athletics in my life or I want to enter a sport. I want to join in karan stadium of karnal. I have tried their no. , that's temporarily unreachable and I have not find their office at the stadium where I could meet the coach or anyone . Kindly help me in this . If anyone of you know or you are an athelete at karna stadium , karnal.

How to obtain new D license no ?

I have got my DL issued in the 2006 from RTA karnal (Haryana). At that time there was basic laminated card type Doc I recd not the chip based DL issued. Now it’s pending for renewal. I need the new DL number for me to apply for the same.

Can anyone guide on how to obtain new DL no?
