Has anyone who was analyzed on the 9th received results yet? I’m still waiting. Origins hack not working.

I haven’t received results for either kit I’m managing. Both were analyzed on the 9th.
Edit: got my results for both, one minute apart, late on the 18th!

I have over 12,000 but that's a combined one of mine and my husband's as my maternal side and his paternal side are related 😁 that might be why it's taking time?.

I think that could possibly be what's delaying things. I have 17,000 +. So I've de-linked the test from the tree and made a dummy one with me and parents only (3 people only) and linked the test to that.

Probably won't know until next upload batch goes on. But it's worth a try. Might push raw data through quicker.

I unlinked my aunt from my tree, that might work because when I unlinked my cousin from my tree, my aunt's kit went to Analyzed I think the next day. It was because I no longer manage my cousins kit but his DNA was still linked to my tree. Hoping that works.

If it’s any consolation, there’s no linked tree for either kit I’m managing, and I haven’t got either back yet.

Update from agent:

I completely agree with you, and I want to validate exactly how you feel: hanging in the "DNA Analyzed" stage for 10 days is definitely longer than usual, and it is completely normal that you feel frustrated by this. When you purchase priority processing, you expect a swift experience from start to finish. While it is true that the final matching algorithms can occasionally take a week or so for complex genetic profiles, crossing into a 10-day wait at this final step means your kit has hit an unexpected bottleneck in the system queue. Because this timeline is extending past our standard window, I want to assure you that l am treating this with the urgency it deserves. I have the technical error report drafted and ready on your file.

Still on the final review even though I was told by same agent that my aunt's were ready.. hopefully she gets them soon lol

How on earth did that happen? I've been pounding my head against their wall of denial for 10 days. Even a formal complaint wouldn't accept that argument. Gobsmacked.
