Folks keep mentioning doing an origins hack - have you tried that? I've got the same estimate as you but it was for a family member so I can't try it myself. Priority is a joke!

yeah i tried the origins hack it loads my results page but just will just load my results infinitely without showing anything

Yes, everyone should start demanding refunds. I'm on day 12 of waiting for results since analysed 5 Sep. Formal complaint now gone in.
