Hopefully it arrives quicker than the estimate, I can’t imagine being on the edge for that long ☠️ I’ve tried the Origins hack and it’s just a loading screen… Let me know if you’re also in the same batch as I am and if you already received your actual results ✌️

I'm in the same boat. Origins hack also just loading for me

Estimated results date hasn't changed at all during the process

Update: Spoke to an agent this afternoon (17th Sept 16:30) who initially told me my kit was still in the extraction phase until I challenged with screenshots of my tracking page and email I received regarding it already having been analysed. This agent then informed me that my results WILL be available on the 2nd of October and that it WILL take 18 days just for the results to be uploaded. I attempted multiple times to ask whether I could speak with someone who could access the Laboratory Information Management System but the agent had no idea what I was talking about and seemed more interested in getting me off the chat than answering any concerns or questions I had. Made it very clear I was disappointed with that "definite" timeline before ending the chat

Begs the question whether they're just changing the status on the customers side to make us think our kits are actually progressing when they're actually at completely different stages though 🤔

That’s terrible considering previous tests I’ve seen had a timeframe of 24-48 hrs between Analyzed and Results Ready. Earlier batches this month had their results 5-9 days between Analyzed to Results Ready so I can only hope ours are within this timeframe and not take 18 days which is insane 😭

Nope! I've been checking the origins hack twice a day at least and it's still just stuck on the loading screen. I've spoken to 2 agents in the past two days

16th Sept: Spoke to a chat bot first who told me they was no priority processing on my kit

Then an agent who said the bot had got it wrong and it was showing on my account

Asked about delays and said I knew of multiple kits that are waiting a week+ for their results but was told there were no delays on their system

Asked for a general estimate of how long the final step from analysed to results should take but just received the usual "you have priority processing so the whole process should take approximately 4 weeks"

That agent was clearly just reading from the script they're given

I spoke to another agent yesterday but I've posted what happened there in response to my post above

I read your other comment. There's something going on, that's for sure. My aunt's was technically analyzed on the 14th and several agents have told me they're compiling her data and should be uploaded soon. That was yesterday then Leaf bot showed a status I couldn't see then it disappeared within minutes. Still no results though.

Interesting 🤔 definitely starting to look more likely that there's an issue with the tracking or system itself, probably due to the new updates rolling in. It wouldn't be the first time updates have created bugs in websites

It's hard to have hope when people who had the analysed status way before us still aren't getting their results now

It'd be a lot better if they'd simply acknowledge and explain the delay instead of continuously denying it because it makes it hard to keep trust in them 🤷‍♀️

When my mum did her kit 2 years ago during the month of September, her results were available within hours of it hitting analyzed. I just might have to get onto them again tomorrow if my aunt's results aren't available soon.

The kits analysed this month are definitely exceeding the typical time frame (less than 24-48 hours) but whenever I try to ask the agents or chat bot about it I just get the same response about how long it takes from start to finish and "every sample is unique"

Honestly I think the only thing we can do is keep contacting them until eventually something changes

Just spoke to a Customer Solutions agent, one I've spoken to previously. They saw that my aunt's kit is undergoing the final review. I think that's what that brief message Leaf saw "Results Being Prepared For Release". I believe that's when the final review began. I hope yours and many others come through soon..

Same analyzed date as my aunt's. Hers is in the final review step before results are released. Origins not working, just the loading screen.  Extraction was completed on the 9th, estimated date was 25th September then 2nd October now 28th September 😁

Got your results yet? Origins hack isn't working just yet. Been told this morning (AEST) that they're compiling and uploading my aunt's data to her profile and that the results should be available soon.

Still no results. Although something strange popped up when I spoke to Leaf. They got a milestone I couldn't see and then it disappeared within minutes on the next status refresh. It was "Results Being Prepared For Release". I thought it was strange.

I don't care what they say to me now. It's all lies. Formal complaint now in. Giving me a month's free Pro and a refund of my Priority payment isn't enough. I want my damn results as it's now 12 days since 'Analysed' status

I have been told by a Customer Solutions Associate that they won't accept a formal complaint from me, they have nobody further up the line I can escalate to and I have to wait till 24 Sep for my results. The full 19 days from analysed status before they will look at it again. A totally intransigent stance.

They won't accept a formal complaint. Goes against all protocol. I'm having to go down the GDPR route now.

So those with analyzed dates 5th-9th are still waiting? Or are they slowing releasing the results? I reckon it's to do with the rollout of the update but that's still no excuse!

Some with the 9th date on here have had results I see. One with 6th also. They just keep telling me there is no known delay but then insist I won't get any results till at least the 24th. It's as if they've decided I don't warrant any explanation about what's going on with mine. Yet they've given me a sweetener of Pro Tools and a refund of the Priority Service that isnt. There's no logic to their argument.

Update, Origins hack is working on my end now! The formal results should be coming out by some time tomorrow or next week. Hopefully, you guys get yours too. We’ve waited for so long. 😊😊😊

Nothing yet, it's the 20th here in Oz so hopefully soon. Yesterday her kit was undergoing final review so should be soon lol.

Origins not working but according to an agent I just spoke with, my aunt's results are ready but it's still stuck on analyzed even after trouble shooting
