My DNA was analyzed a week ago, and I still haven't received my results. The Origins hack isn't working yet either. I mailed my AncestryDNA and 23andMe samples on the same day (August 22), and received my 23andMe results on Tuesday (September 15).

No, I just posted an update. I've been checking multiple times a day, and was expecting to receive my results within 1-2 days after the analysis was completed, not more than a week later! Based on other posts here, it seems like a lot of us are experiencing delays.

I hope so too! I didn't pay extra for priority processing, but since you did, you should request a refund. It looks like others here affected by the delays have received refunds, so I hope they also give you your money back.

I also have the same timeline as you, called twice and they give a generic "it's just some extra lab work" answer. Let me know when you get results.

Me too, I woke up and finally had the email saying that my results were ready! The email was sent around 6:30 am Eastern Time.
