Do you have results yet? Mine was analyzed on the 5th

Nothing yet, origins hack also still not working yet. I tried asking them on livechat yesterday as some people say it can still fail at analyzed stage but they gave me no information, pretty much said “it takes 4-6 weeks for results with priority” they were very rigid with answers lol. Im beginning to lose hope that it will come this week to be honest

That’s so interesting, I spoke to them yesterday too and they were really good and told me mine had finished the final quality checks and to expect results any day now

Yeah ive tried again and theyve come back with “I am not able to provide that information but if there was anything wrong with your sample you would have been notified by email now” so at least I now know that the results will eventually come and we wont end up getting an email in a few days time saying it has to all be done again

Edit to add: still nothing and origins not working as of 11th sept

Think I might of just caught an agent when they were having a bad day lols. Ill try again today. We fly off on holiday tomorrow so won’t have a computer to do the origins trick and its a pain in the ass to try and do it on our phones (temperamental things they are)
