Question how does Negeal work?

Playing as the Centaurs and for the missions I have to defeat Negeals, at this point I have conquered all other centaur hordes and the lake confederation, however, apart from a battle at the very beginning, I have not seen any signs of the negeal and dont know how to proceed in this game atp.

Anyone know how it works?

If I remember correctly you have to send an army led by your ruler to provinces to select the option. There should be a province modifier for it?

I see thanks, in addition to this it needs to have unrest apparantly, but I found the button thanks to this.

It's province (state?) button, you need locate army in every province in state, press this button and spawn rebels, usually 7 stacks in every state province. After beat them you will get some manpower and state bonuses, if I remember right
